About Kheshana Woods
Kheshana Woods is a national director for Curriculum Associates, specializing in literacy advocacy. She holds an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction and an Ed.S. in Technology in Education. She served students for nearly 20 years in education: early intervention, general education, and academically and creatively gifted students. Kheshana led teams in private organizations and high-needs schools to enhance school culture, improve teacher efficacy, and increase student achievement. She began her career at Curriculum Associates while living in Seattle, supporting educators across the Pacific Northwest as a professional learning specialist. She currently resides in the Greater Houston Area and serves as the national director of literacy advocacy. She is passionate about inspiring and empowering educators to create excellent literacy education experiences for all students. She also enjoys baking in her free time and is always on the lookout for great gluten-free recipes.
